Return & Refund Policy

All of our wheels are custom-made to order. Nothing is “off the shelf.” Each product is built specifically to your selected specifications, which means it cannot be resold. Because of this, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless there is a confirmed defect or an error on our part.

Returns (Defective or Incorrect Only)
We only accept return requests if the item you receive is damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was agreed. Requests must be made within 1 day of delivery. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by your order number and proof of purchase. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. No restocking fees apply in these cases.

Cancellations & Changes
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, your order enters production and can no longer be cancelled.
All approved cancellations are subject to a 15% cancellation fee to cover processing and administrative costs.

If you need to make changes to your order after the 12-hour window (e.g. spec, trim, stitching), please contact us as soon as possible.
We will do our best to accommodate minor changes, but this depends on the production stage and what is being changed.
Some modifications may incur additional charges or extend the lead time.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your wheels arrive damaged, defective, or do not match your approved specifications, notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photos of the issue and the packaging. Once reviewed, we may offer a repair, remake, or partial refund depending on the situation. If the error was on our part, we will correct it at no additional cost to you.

How to Report an Issue
To report a problem, email support@customwheelsldn.com or use the live chat widget on our website. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

Refunds
If a refund is approved due to damage or an error on our part, it will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
