Thank you for choosing Custom Wheels LDN. We specialise in premium custom steering wheels, handmade to your specification. Below is everything you need to know about how and when your order will be delivered.


Order Processing & Delivery Times

Custom Orders

All custom steering wheel orders are made-to-order and require up to 20 working days for manufacturing and quality checks before shipping.
Processing starts once your order is confirmed and payment is received.

Once ready, your item will be securely packaged and dispatched using one of our trusted couriers: DHL, UPS, or FedEx.


In-Stock Orders

For products marked as in stock:

  • Orders placed before 2PM (UK time) are dispatched the same working day

  • Delivered via next working day courier service

  • You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as the item is shipped


Estimated Delivery Timeframes

  • UK Orders (Custom): Approx. 22–24 working days from order confirmation

  • UK Orders (In Stock): Next working day delivery (if ordered before 2PM)

  • International Orders: Approx. 25–30 working days, depending on destination


Tracking Your Order

You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
You can track your package using the link provided or through your account on our website.


Shipping Fees

  • UK Shipping: We offer free standard delivery nationwide

  • International Shipping: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location and product weight

  • Expedited delivery options may be available for an additional fee


International Shipping – DDP (Delivery Duty Paid)

We offer tax-paid international shipping to many countries.

That means:

  • No extra customs charges at delivery

  • Most countries are eligible for our Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) service

  • Some exceptions apply — please contact us before placing an order to confirm if your country qualifies

Returns, Reshipping & Address Changes

  • If a parcel is returned due to damage, courier fault, or our mistake, we will reship it for free

  • If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, we may ask you to cover reshipping costs

  • If you need to update your address after ordering, contact us immediately. We can only make changes if the order hasn’t started processing


Missing or Damaged Items

All packages are inspected before dispatch.
If your item arrives damaged or something is missing:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include photos of the damage and packaging

  • Claims for missing items must be made within 5 days of delivery


Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes

  • Remote areas may have longer delivery times or limited service

  • Please contact us before ordering if you're unsure about your location
